Modular software for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of X-ray fluorescence spectra

MODULE 1

Spectra acquisition and visualization: SinerX can be interfaced with multichannel devices by Amptek to the aim of setting up and manage the execution of fluorescence measurements; SinerX allows one to visualize the acquired spectra and to compare the spectra acquired in different measurement sessions.

MODULE 2

Qualitative analysis: SinerX performs an automatic analysis of the spectra, identifying the characteristic fluorescence peaks and therefore the elements that are present in the sample;

MODULO 3

Quantitative analysis: by using the method of fundamental parameters, SinerX allows one to determine the quantitative composition of the sample being investigated, through an iterative numerical alorithm.
