Type 1: vehicle access point
An access point controlled by a pair of RFid antennas that are installed in such a way as to monitor the entrance/exit of vehicles in/from reserved parking areas or industrial areas.

Type 2: Controlled walking access point

Type 3: Open walking access point
An access point without any physical barrier and controlled by a single RFid antenna and one or more photocells that detect possible intrusions by unauthorized personnel (personnel not wearing a readable badge).

Type 4: Gathering point
The laws on working place security require, in the plan for emergencies and/or fire evacuation, the existence of gathering places that are usually located in secure areas close to the working place. Passive reading devices, placed in those gathering places, can record the evacuated personnel, and help determining the personnel that may still be present in the dangerous areas within the company building.
